I often get questions about what to sell. What should you consider before deciding?

• is it marketable? Is your product or service needed in the market? How do you know?
• How much competition is there? What will be your strategy?
• Are you passionate about it? Yes sales is about making money but if you can not get passionate about your product or service you are selling, it will be a long hard road ahead.

These things are all true and important to look at but, no matter how great or how needed your product or service is, if you don’t have a true plan. you are likely to fail.
